Description
ICW1235-Q1 is a high-voltage (up to 40V), ultra-low quiescent current low-dropout regulator manufactured using CMOS technology. It can provide up to 200mA of output current while consuming only 1.5μA of quiescent current.
ICW1235-Q1 has built-in reference voltage generator circuit, error amplifier circuit, short-circuit foldback current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit and driver transistor circuit. ICW1235-Q1 is designed for applications where extremely low IQ is a key parameter. The device maintains low quiescent current consumption even in Dropout mode. When in shutdown mode, the device consumes less than 100nA of IQ even at an input voltage of 40V, which helps extend the life of battery-powered products.
ICW1235-Q1 is a high-performance low-dropout regulator for automotive applications, and the entire product line has passed the AEC-Q100 standard certification.
